Garlic Mashed Potatoes

The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb RED POTATOES (quartered)
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
- 1 tsp GARLIC, (minced)
- 1/2 cup HEAVY CREAM
- 4 tbs BUTTER (softened)
Instructions
- Wash and quarter RED POTATOES.
- Season RED POTATOES with GARLIC POWDER and SALT.
- Place RED POTATOES in a medium saucepan, cover with water and boil until fork tender.
- Drain water from the POTATOES
- Using a potato masher, electric mixer, or large spoon mash the POTATOES.
- Add in BUTTER and HEAVY CREAM
- Mix to desired consistency and adjust season as necessary.
