Creole Lobster Ravioli

The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 2 lbs GROUND BEEF
- 1 chopped GREEN BELL PEPPER
- 1 chopped YELLOW ONION
- 2 14.5 oz cans DICED TOMATOES, (drained)
- 1 6 oz can TOMATO PASTE
- 1 cups BEEF STOCK
- 3 tbsp CHILI POWDER
- 1 tbsp PAPRIKA
- 1 tbsp ONION POWDER
- 2 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
- 1 tbsp GROUND CUMIN
- 2 tsp KOSHER SALT
- 2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
- 4 tbsp minced GARLIC
Instructions
- In a large pot or inside your pressure cooker brown GROUND BEEF
- Add the BELL PEPPERS and ONIONS and continue cooking until they are softened
- Stir in GARLIC and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the CHILI POWDER, PAPRIKA, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, CUMIN, KOSHER SALT and BLACK PEPPER and mix well.
- Stir in the DICED TOMATOES and the BEEF STOCK. ( Use 2 cups of STOCK if cooking on stove top)
- If cooking on the stovetop,
bring CHILI to a gentle boil over med-high heat, reduce to a simmer, cover, and occasionally stir.- Uncover and continue simmering for 10 minutes or until CHILI is thickened
- If using a pressure cooker,
cook on high for 10 minutes and let the pressure naturally release. - adjust seasoning if necessary.
