The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 2-lb. SALMON FILET
- 2 tsp. SESAME OIL
- 1 cloveGARLIC(minced)
- 1 tbsp. GINGER ROOT, (minced)
- 3 tbsp. BROWN SUGAR
- 1 tsp salt ½ tsp. BLACK PEPPER
- 1 tsp. CUMIN
Instructions
- Score the top of the SALMON with slits spaced about 2 in. apart. Do not cut all the way through the SALMON.
- Combine the SESAME OIL, GARLIC, and GINGER in a bowl. Rub the mixture into the top of the SALMON.
- Combine the BROWN SUGAR, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, and CUMIN in a separate bowl. Rub the mixture into the slits in the SALMON.
- Marinate the SALMON on for 20 mins.
- Bake in an air fryer or oven at ~400° for 7-10 minutes
