Simply Fried Chicken

One of my Achilles Heels of cooking has always been fried chicken. I just could not get it right, I'd either burn the crust, or it was just not seasoned well. After years of being defeated I have finally cracked the chicken code. Try this Simply Fried Chicken for you next Dinner....you will definitely enjoy it.

Buttermilk Fried Calamari

So, I absolutely love Calamari, but I don’t always want to go to a restaurant to enjoy it, and the frozen versions just never quite hit the spot. So I decided to make my own. If you are lucky (for those that are squeamish) you may be able to find some squid that is already cut, but it not throw caution into the wind that try something new, you may just be surprised and what you can do with a little Passion, Patience and Practice
