Smoked Gouda Grits
August 20, 2020Deep Fried Salmon....Crispy!
The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. SALMON FILLETS
- 2 cups SEASONED FISH FRY (I use Louisiana brand)
- 1 cup CORNMEAL
- ½ cup CORNSTARCH
- 1 tbsp GARLIC POWDER
- 1 tsp BLACK PEPPER
- MUSTARD
- OIL for frying
Instructions
- Preheat OIL in Fryer to 350°
- Mix together SEASONED FISH FRY, CORNMEAL, and CORNSTARCH
- Season the SALMON FILLETS with GARLIC POWDER and BLACK PEPPER
- Coat the seasoned SALMON FILLET with MUSTARD and coat the fillet with SEASON FISH FRY
- Deep fry SALMON FILLET until golden brown and the internal temperature is at least 145° (About 4-5 Minutes)
