The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 2 cups FLOUR
- 5 tsp SEA SALT
- 3 tsp GARLIC POWDER
- 2 tbs SEASONED SALT
- 1 cup BUTTER MILK
- 1 lb PORK SPARE RIBS TIPS
- OIL (for frying)
Instructions
- Season RIBS TIPS with 3 tsp SEA SALT and 3 tsp of GARLIC POWDER in a deep bowl or zipper plastic bag.
- Cover with BUTTER MILK and marinate 2 to 24 hours.
- Preheat OIL for frying to 350°
- Mix FLOUR with remaining SEA SALT, and GARLIC POWDER.
- Remove RIBS TIPS from marinade, discard marinade and season RIB TIPS with SEASONED SALT.
- Dredge RIB TIPS in seasoned FLOUR
- Deep fry RIB TIPS until they reach internal temperature of min 165°
- Serve immediately or sauce with our CSM SWEET & STICKY SAUCE
