The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 3 lb CHUCK ROAST
- 2 tbsp VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 1/2 tsp SALT)
- 1 tsp PEPPER
- 1 oz DRY RANCH DRESSING MIX
- 2 oz DRY ONION SOUP MIX
- 1/2 cup BUTTER
- 8 PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet on high and add OIL.
- Dry both sides of the CHUCK ROAST, and season with the SALT and PEPPER.
- Sear the CHUCK ROAST for about 2-3 minutes on each side
- Transfer seared CHUCK ROAST to the slow cooker and sprinkle with the DRY RANCH DRESSING and ONION SOUP MIXES.
- Top the BUTTER then place PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS on and around CHUCK ROAST.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Take two forks and start shredding the CHUCK ROAST and discard any big fatty pieces.
- Try serving this meal over our Garlic Mashed Potatoes
