The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 lb STEAK
- 1/2 tsp. BEEF BOUILLON
- 1/2 tsp KOSHER SALT
- 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
- 3 tbsp EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 2 tsp LEMON PEPPER
Instructions
- Bring STEAK to room temperature and season both side with KOSHER SALT, BLACK PEPPER, BEEF BOUILLON and 2 tbs of OLIVE OIL.
- Preheat oven to 450
- In a bowl toss ASPARAGUS with LEMON PEPPER and remaining OLIVE OIL
- Roast ASPARAGUS for 12-15 minutes, remove from oven, cover and keep warm
- Heat a skillet on high on the stove top until extremely hot and sear the STEAK on both sides for 30 seconds
- Place the hot skillet in the oven and cook STEAK for 2 minutes on each side for medium rare or 3 minutes on each side for medium.
- Remove from oven and let STEAK rest 10 minutes.
- Serve STEAK with LEMON PEPPER ASPARAGUS
