The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 3 lbs PORK CHOPS
- 8 tsps KOSHER SALT, (divided)
- 1 tbsp GARLIC POWDER
- 1 tsp PAPRIKA
- 1 tsp BLACK PEPPER
- 2 cups ALL PURPOROSE FLOUR
- Mustard (for adhesion)
- OIL, (for frying)
Instructions
- Heat OILin a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°
- Combine 2 tsp of the KOSHER SALT, with the GARLIC POWDER, PAPRIKA, and BLACK PEPPERin a small bowl.
- In a sealable bag add the ALL PURPOROSE FLOUR and the remaining KOSHER SALT and shake to combine.
- Smear a small amount of the MUSTARD on both sides of each PORK CHOPS and then season with SEASON MIXTURE .
- In the sealable bag shake the PORK CHOPS in the seasoned FLOUR ,remove from the bag and shake off any excess FLOUR and deep fry for about 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
