The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp VEGETABLE OIL
- 1lb boneless, skinless CHICKEN BREASTS
- ½ tsp. KOSHER SALT
- ½ tsp. GROUND PEPPER
- 1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 tsp ONION POWDER
- 1/2 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1/2 tsp PAPRIKA
- 2 tbsp. BUTTER
Instructions
- Pat dry the CHICKEN BREASTS with paper towel and drizzle half of the VEGETABLE OIL over each CHICKEN BREAST and rub it all over.
- Heat the remaining VEGETABLE OIL over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
- In a small mixing bowl combine SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER, ITALIAN SEASONING, and PAPRIKA.
- Season both sides of each CHICKEN BREAST with the SEASONING; rub it all around.
- Cook CHICKEN BREASTS for about 6 minutes without moving them around. (Do not overcrowd the pan, cook in batches if need be)
- Flip the CHICKEN BREASTS over and add BUTTER to the skillet; swirl BUTTER around and continue to cook the CHICKEN until internal temperature reaches 165°.
