Elevate your "Fish & Grits"
The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. SALMON FILLETS
- ½ tsp. LEMON PEPPER
- ½ tsp. GARLIC POWDER
- ½ tsp. SALT
- 3 tbsp. SOY SAUCE
- 3 tbsp. BROWN SUGAR
- 3 tbsp. WATER
- 3 tbsp. + 2 tsp. VEGETABLE OIL
Instructions
- Season SALMON FILLETS with LEMON PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, and SALT.
- In a small bowl, stir together SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, WATER, and 3 tbsp. VEGETABLE OIL until SUGAR is dissolved.
- Place FISH in a large resealable plastic bag with the SOY SAUCE MARINDAE, seal, and turn to coat, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat a frying pan on medium heat with the remaining 2 tsp of VEGETABLE OIL
- Discard marinade and Pan fry SALMON on both sides until the FISH flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve over our Creamy Parmesan Polenta
