Lobster in Garlic Black Bean Sauce

The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. GROUND BEEF
- ½ cup finely chopped YELLOW ONION
- 1 tsp. PAPRIKA
- 1 tsp. DRIED PARSLEY
- 1 tsp. GARLIC POWDER
- ¼ tsp. CAYENNE PEPPER, optional
- 1 tsp. KOSHER SALT
- ½ tsp. BLACK PEPPER
- ½ cups HEAVY CREAM
- 1½ cups BEEF BROTH
- 2 cups uncooked PASTA SHELLS
- 1 8oz can TOMATO SAUCE
- 2 cups shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the GROUND BEEF
- Add in the ONION, PAPRIKA, PARSLEY, GARLIC POWDER, CAYENNE PEPPER, SALT and PEPPER, and continue cooking until the ONIONS begin to soften.
- Stir in the HEAVY CREAM, BROTH, PASTA and TOMATO SAUCE.
- Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until PASTA is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Stir in CHEDDAR CHEESE until melted.
