The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. VEGETABLE OIL
- 5 cloves minced GARLIC
- 2 minced SHALLOTS
- 2 lbs. BABY BOK CHOY
- 2 tbsp. SOY SAUCE
- 1 tsp. SESAME OIL
- 1 tsp. CRUSHED RED PEPPER
Instructions
- Cut the BOK CHOY into halves the long way.
- Add the VEGETABLE OIL to a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat and swirl to coat the entire surface of the pan.
- Add the GARLIC and SHALLOTS, stirring continuously until fragrant.
- Add the BOK CHOY, SOY SAUCE, and SESAME OIL and toss to coat; cover and cook for 1-2 minutes; uncover and re-toss the BOK CHOY; cover again and continue to cook until BOK CHOY is cooked to desired doneness.
- Sprinkle with CRUSHED RED PEPPER and serve immediately.
