The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1lbs LOBSTER TAILS
- 1lbs peeled and deviened SHRIMP
- ½ pound EGG NOODLES
- 3 tbsp. OIL
- ½ cup thinly sliced ONIONS
- ¼ pound sliced MUSHROOMS
- 3 minced GARLIC CLOVES
- ½ cup chopped SCALLIONS
- 1 tsp. SOY SAUCE
- 1 tbsp. OYSTER SAUCE
- 1 tbsp. RICE VINEGAR
- SALT and BLACK PEPPER to taste
- 1 tbsp. CILANTRO
Instructions
- Steam the LOBSTERS 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside until cool enough to handle, then remove the MEAT from the shells and dice it.
- Boil Noodles as the package directs, Drain, rinse under cold water.
- Heat the OIL in a wok or a large skillet, add the ONIONS and sauté until tender.
- Stir in the MUSHROOMS and sauté until they wilt.
- Add the GARLIC and all but one tbsp. of the SCALLIONS and sauté about 30 seconds.
- Add the SHRIMP and cook until they begin to turn pink
- Add the LOBSTER MEAT, then add the NOODLES to the pan and mix well. Add the SOY SAUCE, OYSTER SAUCE and VINEGAR and toss to combine all the ingredients.
- Season to taste with SALT and PEPPER.
- Sprinkle with CILANTRO, toss again.
- Sprinkle with the remaining SCALLIONS and serve.
