The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 4 thin cut CHICKEN BREAST
- OLIVE OIL
- ½ tsp. KOSHER SALT
- 1/3 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 5 minced GARLIC CLOVES
- 1 tbsp. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/3 cup HONEY
- 2 tbsp. OYSTER SAUCE
- 2 tbsp. SOY SAUCE
- 6 tbsp. Butter, divide
- ¼ cup CHICKEN BROTH
Instructions
- Drizzle a small amount of OLIVE OIL on all sides of the CHICKEN BREAST
- Season CHICKEN BREAST with KOSHER SALT
- Place FLOUR in a shallow dish, lightly coat the CHICKEN on both side and shake off excess.
- In a large skillet over high heat melt 2 tbsp. of the BUTTER.
- Cook 2 of the CHICKEN BREAST in skillet and cook until golden on one side, turn and cook the other side for 1. Repeat with the 2 more tbsp. of BUTTER and the remaining CHICKEN BREAST
- Set CHICKEN BREAST to the side and begin making the HONEY GARLIC SAUCE
- Turn heat down slightly to medium high and melt the remaining BUTTER.
- Sauté the GARLIC until fragrant and begins to brown.
- Add VINEGAR, HONEY, OYSTER SAUCE and SOY SAUCE; stir to combine and simmer for 1 minute
- Mix in the CHICKEN BROTH and continue to simmer for about 1 minute or until the SAUCE begins to thicken
- Add the in the CHICKEN coat in SAUCE and continue to simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from stove immediately. Place CHICKEN on plates and drizzle over remaining SAUCE.
