Stuffed Salmon

The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. 80/20 GROUND BEEF
- ½ tsp. KOSHER SALT
- ¼ tsp. BLACK PEPPER
- 2 minced GARLIC CLOVES
- 24 oz. MARINARA SAUCE
- 1 ½ cups WATER
- 6 uncooked LASAGNA NOODLES, broken into 1-inch pieces
- ¾ cup RICOTTA CHEESE
- 4 oz. shredded MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- ¼ cup grated PARMESAN CHEESE
Instructions
- Heat a 12 -inch skillet over medium-high heat season the GROUND BEEF with SALT and PEPPER and sauté the GROUND BEEF until just browned
- Drain off the excess fat.
- Return the pan to the heat and stir in the GARLIC and cook for about 30 seconds. Then stir in the SAUCE, WATER and NOODLES and bring the SAUCE to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until the NOODLES are tender, stirring often.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in half the MOZZARELLA and PARMESAN CHEESES
- Drop heaping tablespoons of the RICOTTA CHEESE over the NOODLES, then sprinkle with remaining MOZZARELLA and PARMESAN CHEESES
- Cover and let stand off heat until the CHEESES melt (about 3-5 minutes)
Place Skillet under broiler to brown the CHEESE
