The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. PORK TENDERLOIN
- ½ tsp. CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
- 2 tsp. KOSHER SALT
- 2 tbsp. BUTTER
- ½ cup HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- ¼ cup crumbled BLUE CHEESE
- 1 tbsp. minced FRESH PARSLEY
Instructions
- Cut PORK into even 1-inch slices and sprinkle with the SALT and PEPPER.
- In a large skillet, heat BUTTER over medium heat. Add PORK, cover and cook until PORK is tender, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from pan; keep warm.
- Add CREAM to skillet and bring to a boil, stirring to scrape all the browned bits from pan.
- Cook until CREAM is slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in CHEESE until melted.
- Spoon the SAUCE over the PORK and sprinkle with PARSLEY.
