The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 GOLDEN POMPANO or MAHI-MAHI
- 1 tbsp. minced GINGER
- 2 tbsp. SOY SAUCE
- 2 tbsp. RICE WINE
- 2 chopped GARLIC CLOVES
- 1 cup chopped GREEN ONION
- 1 tbsp. HONEY
- 1 tbsp. LEMON JUICE
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Mix Preferably in a blender, GINGER, GARLIC, CILANTRO, SOY SAUCE and RICE WINE in bowl.
- Place FISH in a baking dish and add the SAUCE on top and inside the FISH.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake POMPANO for 15 minutes or until it reaches 145°.
- Take the foil off and broil until golden.
