Deep Fried Stuffed Salmon Balls

The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 12 oz PASTA NOODLES
- 4 tbsp. SALTED BUTTER
- 8 cloves thinly sliced GARLIC
- 1 tbsp. OYSTER SAUCE
- 1 tbsp. SOY SAUCE
- 1 tsp. BROWN SUGAR
- 1 tsp. SESAME OIL
- 2 chopped whole SCALLIONS
- ¼ cup PARMESAN CHEESE
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the PASTA NOODLES according to package instructions. (Reserve some of the cooking water, as you may need it in the sauce later.)
- Meanwhile, heat the SALTED BUTTER in a large skillet over medium heat and add the GARLIC. Cook until lightly caramelized and then add in the OYSTER SAUCE, SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, and SESAME OIL. Stir for 1 minute and add the SCALLIONS.
- Wilt the SCALLIONS. and then toss in the cooked NOODLES and cup PARMESAN CHEESE. If the sauce is too thick, add a few tablespoons of the cooking water to loosen them up.
- Serve them plain or add your favorite protein, such as Grilled Salmon or Chicken
