The Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients
- 1 package CHEDDAR BAY BISCUIT MIX
- 1 tsp GARLIC
- 1 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1 lb. LUMP CRAB MEAT
- ¼ tsp. PAPRIKA
- ½ tsp. OLD BAY SEASON
- ½ tsp. ONION POWDER
- ½ cup MAYONNAISE
- 1 tbsp MUSTARD
- 1 ½ cups PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 cup grated PARMESAN CHEESE
- 2 tbsp. MELTED BUTTER
- 1 tsp. DRIED HERBS
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°, spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray
- Make the BISCUIT MIX according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine the CRAB MEAT, PAPRIKA, ONION POWDER, MUSTARD, MAYONNAISE,GARLIC POWDER, OLD BAY, ITALIAN SEASONING and PANKO BREAD CRUMBS. Stir to combine well, adding a more MAYONNAISE if needed.
- Place half of the BISCUIT MIX into each of the muffin pan tray, pressing as much as possible on the sides to form a cup.
- Take a scoop of the CRAB MIX and place it in the center of each BISCUIT and then cover each biscuit with more dough Continue until you have used all the dough
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
- Combine the MELTED BUTTER and DRIED HERBS and brush each BISCUIT.
- Serve immediately while warm.
