When Create Simple Meals begin, our focus and mission was to deliver easy recipe instructions for those that maybe intimidated by cooking.

We made a personal vow to be as open and honest as we can. Many of our earlier YouTube videos are very rough; in the spirit of being transparent, we decided to keep them up. Our goal is for you to see that even the "so called" professionals make mistakes. We welcome your comments, questions, critiques and recipe ideas.
