Deep Fried does not need to equal Oily!!! Oily foods are a result of poor or inadequate cooking techniques. There are a few tips and trick to make sure your fried food is Golden and Delicious, and NOT oily and tasteless. We are here to help you achieve your Golden Fried Glory
- Chose the right oil (All Oils Are Not Created Equally).
- Season your Food and the Flour!!
- Keep an Eye on Temperature (350°-375°)
- Fry in Batches (Don't Over Crowd)
