Griddle Me This, Gilling Me That
Grilling is the process of cooking food over a fire (or other heat source) either on a solid surface with raised ridges (i.e. a grill pan) or bars with openings in between. Griddling transfers the heat from the metal surface to the food resulting in more even cooking and browning
