So, I absolutely love Calamari, but I don’t always want to go to a restaurant to enjoy it, and the frozen versions just never quite hit the spot. So I decided to make my own.
If you are lucky (for those that are squeamish) you may be able to find some squid that is already cut, but it not throw caution into the wind that try something new, you may just be surprised and what you can do with a little Passion, Patience and Practice
