Buttermilk Fried Calamari

So, I absolutely love Calamari, but I don’t always want to go to a restaurant to enjoy it, and the frozen versions just never quite hit the spot. So I decided to make my own. If you are lucky (for those that are squeamish) you may be able to find some squid that is already cut, but it not throw caution into the wind that try something new, you may just be surprised and what you can do with a little Passion, Patience and Practice

Filleted Fish Sandwich

One of my guilty pleasure is the Filet-O Fish Sandwich. I love when they have the $2.50 sale, lol. It is said that an Ohio franchise operator, Lou Groen, was having difficulty selling the hamburgers on Fridays during Lent. He noticed a nearby restaurant seeming to have great success selling battered fish sandwich's. He contacted the powers that be and presented his new creations and the infamous sandwich was created.
